Overview Mood is a mobile application designed to connect users with the best marine adventures — from thrilling jet ski rides and flyboard sessions to relaxing boat picnics, diving, and free diving experiences. The platform simplifies discovering, booking, and managing sea-related activities through a modern, intuitive, and bilingual interface (Arabic / English).

Challenge
The marine-tourism market lacked a unified digital solution that brings together activity providers and users in one convenient platform. Our challenge was to build an app that: Offers a seamless booking experience with real-time availability. Highlights the beauty and excitement of marine life through appealing visuals. Supports both users and service providers with clear roles and smooth communication.
Our Approach
We focused on creating a user-centered design that reflects the freedom and energy of the sea. Developed a clean, ocean-inspired interface using calm blues and fluid curves. Integrated real-time chat between users and owners for fast coordination. Built on Appwrite backend with secure authentication, media storage, and dynamic content updates. Implemented RTL/LTR bilingual support to serve Arabic and English audiences.
Design & Features
Modern UI/UX: Simple navigation with rich visuals for each activity. Smart Booking: Users can browse, filter, and book instantly. Owner Dashboard: Service providers can list activities, manage schedules, and track requests. Live Chat & Notifications: Real-time communication for smooth coordination. Media Gallery: High-quality photos and videos for each activity. Multi-language Experience: Full Arabic and English interface with dynamic direction switching.
Results
The result is a fresh, vibrant, and functional app that celebrates the spirit of the sea. Mood bridges the gap between adventure seekers and marine service providers, making booking water experiences as easy as tapping a screen. The platform successfully merges technology, design, and tourism to create a new digital ecosystem for Saudi Arabia’s coastal lifestyle.
